1. Introduction Welcome to AirAgent, a reliable provider of U.S. Agent for Service solutions for individuals with foreign addresses who apply for or hold FAA certificates, ratings, or authorizations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and establish a binding agreement between you and Solutions Air.

By using our platform, yu accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided AirAgent operates in compliance with FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 3, Sections 3.301 - 3.303) as a U.S. Agent for Service. Our services include:

  • Providing a U.S. address for FAA service of documents.

  • Receiving FAA-related correspondence on your behalf.

  • Scanning and forwarding documents electronically.

  • Assisting with FAA compliance updates as needed.

3. Eligibility To be eligible for our services, you must:

  • Submit accurate and complete contact and identification details.

  • Maintain an active account with AirAgent.

4. Client Responsibilities As a client, you agree to:

  • Keep your contact details current.

  • Ensure the FAA has your correct U.S. Agent designation.

  • Respond promptly to all forwarded correspondence.

  • Pay all service-related fees in a timely manner.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Document Handling & Liability AirAgent will process FAA documents within two (2) business days of receipt. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from:

  • Outdated or inaccurate client information.

  • Client failure to act on forwarded documents.

  • Technical failures outside our control.

Clients bear full responsibility for consequences stemming from inaction.

6. Fees & Payment

  • Our annual fee is $49.99, subject to change with prior notice.

  • Services must be prepaid to begin.

  • Annual auto-renewal applies unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • No refunds will be issued once the service term has started.

7. Non-Payment Procedure

  • If payment is missed, services will be paused and no documents processed.

  • Documents will be retained for 30 days during a grace period.

  • If payment is not received within the grace period, documents will be deleted and agent designation revoked.

  • Clients may reinstate services by settling overdue payments within the grace period.

8. Shipping Costs for Forwarding

  • Physical document forwarding will incur additional shipping fees.

  • Costs are based on the client’s location and preferred delivery method.

  • Clients must prepay shipping fees.

10. Termination & Suspension AirAgent reserves the right to suspend or terminate service due to:

  • Submission of false or misleading information.

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Failure to meet FAA compliance.

  • Engagement in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are offered "as is" and "as available."

  • Solutions Air disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid within the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in the jurisdiction where AirAgent operates, unless otherwise mandated by law.

13. Amendments Solutions Air reserves the right to modify these Terms. Clients will be notified of significant updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
