FAA Extended the Compliance Deadline

On December 30, 2024, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced the extension of the compliance deadline for the new U.S. Agent for Service of Process requirement. This decision grants foreign pilot certificate holders more time to designate an agent and update their FAA records accordingly.
